GMRC Welcomes Student Intern

GMRC Welcomes Student Intern Jasmyn Nicholson
The NBCC environmental technology student has started her four-week internship with the Gespe’gewaq Mi’gmaq Resource Council (GMRC). Jasmyn will be doing water chemistry sampling along with working on the Matapedia smolt wheel. She worked at GMRC three years ago and is happy to be gaining valuable work experience. She has a strong interest in science and research. “I really want work experience, learn how to do report writing and more marine biology. In environmental tech, we learn introductory stuff about fish ecology, and I would like to learn more about ecology.” The GMRC is happy to welcome Jasmyn back.
